Post: Administrative Data Officer

Reporting to: Data Manager
Hours: 36.5 hours per week, term time only.
Working hours are 8am – 4pm Monday–Thursday and 8am – 3pm on Friday.
Salary: Grade 3 (FTE £19,819- £25,463). Actual salary is £17,329 – £22,264.
The point of the scale will be assessed dependent on experience and qualifications.
Status: Permanent post

We require a motivated and experienced Data Officer to support our Data Manager and admin team.
To carry out this role effectively, it is essential that you have demonstrable experience of using different computer systems, manipulating data to produce complex statistics and have experience of effectively working to tight deadlines within a busy office environment. Although it is not essential, ideally candidates will have experience within a school environment, but full training will be given. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate they are able to liaise and work effectively with a range of professionals whilst working in an efficient and pro-active manner.
