We believe in working collaboratively, sharing ideas and supporting each other to achieve great things, as we further develop innovative teaching and learning strategies. You should have a proven track record of school improvement which spans across several areas of the inspection framework. You will be able to demonstrate your passion for helping to develop a pro-active and supportive culture within the Senior Leadership Group, leading on current action research to inform best practice. Lyndon is an improving school and this is an exciting opportunity to support that journey of school improvement.
